Custom Panel Portal Development
Leveraging the KLM panel portal platform, KLM develops custom panel portals where there are unique or specialized requirements.
Increasingly important is integration with third-party systems to achieve an overall “whole product solution”. In addition to its close coupling with VOXCO Online, KLM Panel Portal is now integrated with the following redemption providers (with more on the way!)
Integration with redemption providers enables:
- Real time point redemption through API integration with Voxco and providers
- Presenting available gift card(s) based on client rules
- The display, printing and/or emailing of gift cards
- Deducting redeemed points from Voxco API
- Showing transaction history
- Full email logging and redemption audit trail
Other customizations can be provided, for example:
- Complete portal graphic design and page creation
- Systems integrations via API, Web Service, etc.
